We ship out your pots within 3 business days of your order.

Depending if you got a 3D printed tool or transfer, the delivery time may vary. for printed tools it usually takes 5 days from production to shipment. For transers you can expect them to be shipped out within 3 days.

Preorders take at-least 3 weeks to make. Once your mug is made and ready to ship to you; you will get a tracking notification for your order via email.

Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick up at this time. Audrey works out of a private home studio in the woods of Appalachia so there is limited accessibility.
