Audball Pottery Studio accepts the following forms of payment at checkout:

All pots, designs, and photography are done by Audrey Stamps - a one woman show. While our studio tries to the best of it's ability to capture multiple accurate photos of each pot, some variations in color might be present. Each "Audpot" (handmade piece by Audball Potter) is hand thrown, carved, glazed, and photographed by one person, two hands, two eyes. With the sight of one maker, that means each Audpot won't be "perfect" and shouldn't be compared to a robotically manufactured mug you might get at Target, but seen as a unique HANDmade work of art you can actual use.
Due to the handmade and unique qualities of each pot, returns or replacements of any product cannot be offered, so please consider each purchase carefully.
Functionality of all Audpots is of utmost importance to Audball Pottery Studio, If you notice a leak, crack, or other defect that affects the functionality of your pot, that wasn't an aesthetic defect pointed out in the pot's description within the week of your pot being delivered, please contact me by going to "Contact Us" in the drop down menu on our website. We will determine the situation based on information provided and will issue a full refund if warranted.
Domestic & International Shipping
Audball Pottery Studio packages each piece carefully with re-used materials whenever possible, and we take extra care to ensure your new Audpots arrive safely to their new home.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of each package, as well as its destination. If you created more than one order going to the same address I will consolidate pots into one box and refund the extra shipping charges.
Orders will be shipped usually within 3 days, but could take longer based on other factors that will be announced as they arise, on the studio's instagram and Facebook accounts.
If your Audpot is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damage. I am unable to issue any refunds due to breakage if I am not notified within 3 days of delivery. Once I receive photos of the item, I will issue a full refund of the order. Photos can be sent to AudballPottery@gmail.com.
The buyer is responsible for any import fees, customs duties, and taxes. Audball Pottery Studio is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance. Please ensure you are aware of any extra costs associated with purchasing pots from outside your country.
